Your new Preview Gallery has been created!!!
Simply install the Image Upload Utility from the link below
and upload your first event.
Enter the gallery/username and password you created on the previous
form, in the screen that will appear when the Pro Image Toolbox
finishes installing.
Then...on the Event Upload
Screen, which will be the first screen you see...
1. Select an "Event Type"
2. Use the initial Price Group we
included. Later you can adjust it with your own prices.
3. Select a folder of images to
display
4. Give your event a "Name"
5. Select the Folder from the left
side of the box and move it to the right side for uploading.
Later you will learn how you can upload "Categorized" folder of
images which make the viewing of an Event easier for your clients.
You will be able to organize the Categories in alphabetical order.
6. You can "Privatize" your event by
checking the "Hide Event" box. Then you send your client a direct
link to their event and no one else can see it on the web.
7. eXpress Order- If you choose to
have us fulfill your orders for you, and you don't want to handle
any part of the process, you can use eXpress Order. You can read
about eXpress Order in our FAQ's.
8. You can set a date to remove the
event from being available for viewing. Later you can re-activate
the event if you wish to do so.
9. Album Pages- is used when you want
to display an album design you created in a program other than our
album designer.
10. Go to Enhance Screen
to add a protective WaterMark to your images prior to
uploading the event.
Click- Upload My Event-
Your images will be resized and uploaded to your Preview Gallery.
